Lots of smiles can be found within this group of  vintage snap shots. Whether or not they are dressed for church no one knows but I do know that at least some are smiling . Snap shots are probably from the 1940 based on the clothing they are wearing

Within the photo is the shadow of the picture taker.
Sadly we have no name or place where picture was taken. Sad little orphan photos.

Here is a funny old snap shot, no date but probably around the 1940s or 1950s based on clothing they are wearing.

We have a total of 18 men standing on this dock holding their caught fish. One man is in the back of the boat. Some of these men are wearing ties how strange is that?
Sadly no names to location on the photo so can not get any help to who they are or why they are all standing on a dock.

Todays Orphan photo is #117 and what a cute family they were. Posing on top of a rock is mom, dad and three girls. I love the vintage clothing they are wearing. Sadly we have no names or location on this vintage photo.

Vintage Bathing Beauties From The 1920's Orphan Photos # 113 # 114

I love vintage pictures and paper. Treasures from the past. Here are two snapshots that I recently sold on etsy. No idea who they were but they look like they are enjoying themselves. These snapshots are from the year 1921 and 1922. Watch for more in the next days that I will be sharing with you.

Found Vintage Photos Orphan Pictures # 111 Found

I have to admit I always stop to look at photos and vintage postcards for sale. Some times I just have to bring home either a lone photo or a whole album of long forgotten photos. Makes me sad that family has parted with them.
Here is a middle age couple holding hands. You can tell they are still in love by their closeness of body and the hand holding. No names found on photo. This is up for sale on etsy at this time. Check out my other photos, post cards or what ever some time.

Cute Family Photo From Day Side Of Family ? 1930 to 1940

This is a great old photo that came out of a scrap book of my mother's so is from the Day side of the family. The family lived in Minnesota around the Mora area. My mom was born in 1923 and I am thinking she may have taken this picture. That is how I am dating it to the 1930's to 1940's.

Problem is there is no names, not sure if family or friends but I will guess family.

The clothing is intersting especially the second child a young girl with what may be a hat. The older gentleman is wearing a thin tie that is stuck into his shirt.

Any one out there have a better idea to the age of photo?
