Orphan Photo # 97 Sepia Saturday ~ Adorable Little Girl From Georgia

This precious little girl is the same as the 4 photo strip of the adorable baby in my header on my blog. I bought several photos of her at different ages years ago.

Here she is standing in front of her front door in an adorable post. At one time I had her name written down. I do remember that she was from Georgia.
If I ever come across it again will try to find her family on http://www.ancestry.com/.

Till then I will just hang on to them. I will be sharing this over at Sepia Saturday
thanks for stopping by for Sepia Saturday... Grace

  1. Great photograph, she certainly is adorable. I can't work out the doors - it looks like there is a door right in front of a door. What's that all about then?

  2. She looks so very tiny against that door. Looks like a doll. In fact I think there was a doll that used to come in a similar outfit.

  3. How cute! She looks as though she has much better things to do than pose for a picture

  4. The curtain inn the window is pulled back as though someone is taking a sneaky look. I'm wondering about the door a well; interesting knocker or emblem on it.

  5. Not just a cute photo - a rather clever one as well. It is the kind of photograph that at first sight seems so trivial, but you can peel back layer after layer of interest.

  6. Aww...she's adorable! And she looks so tiny up against that door! I'd love to see the rest of the house!

  7. It is a sweet photo and I was attracted to the row at the top, thinking they were multiple births.

  8. She's adorable! This is an interesting photo just as a photo: near perfect symmetry. The only thing that disrupts it is the fact that the photo is a bit crooked. And I love her photos in your header!

Howard, where we lived in the midwest U.S., many homes have two doors: the outer door is a storm door in winter and a screen door in summer. The inner door is the one like nearly all homes have, heavy, wooden, with a lock and a knocker.
